«HIGH-PERFORMANCE COMPUTING USING GRID SYSTEMS»

    We invite you to take part in the VIII International Youth Scientific-Practical School “High-performance computing on the Systems”(hereinafter School) which will be hold from 6 February, 2017 till 11February 2017 at the Higher School of Information Technology and Automated Systems of Northern (Arctic) federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov (Arkhangelsk).

    A wide range of issues of multiprocessing systems, architecture and technologies will be coved within a framework of School. Thematic focus area of VIII School is code optimization for multiprocessor systems and application packages for high-performance computing. The program of school includes lectures by leading Russian and foreign experts, master classes, youth conference “Application tasts on modern computer systems”. A book of abstracts of Youth School will be published. Qualification upgrading courses for teachers “Application of supercomputer technologies in professional work” (72 academic hours) and “Code optimization for reproductive computing” (16 academic hours) will be organized.     Senior students, master students, Ph.D. students as well as doctoral students and teachers of Russian and foreign universities are eligible to enroll on the competitive basis. Participation in the school is free. All participants are provided with meals (lunch and coffee breaks) between their lessons. Nonresident participants of the school will be offered accommodation in one of the comfortable dormitories NArFU. Payment for accommodation and travel is made by the sending party.
